Properties

IT Fornebu has attractive buildings and some of the most exciting development projects in Norway. The company's portfolio currently consists of 104,000 sqm of commercial space, 143,000 sqm under development and a further 107,000 sqm zoned for commercial space.

Finance

IT Fornebu’s capital-intensive real estate and development business forces the management and the Board to have a strong focus on finance. The company wants a reasonable weighting between equity and debt capital to provide security for shareholders and lenders, and to give shareholders the returns they expect.

Directions

By car: stay in the right lane on the E18 and take the exit towards Snarøya (road 166). Drive straight ahead in two traffic lights and then to the left (second exit) in the first roundabout. Drive straight ahead through two traffic lights again and then straight ahead (second exit) at the roundabout to continue on the Snarøyveien (road 166) and after approx. 200 meters turn left into Martin Lingnes vei.

By bus: the following routes stop at IT-Fornebu (bus stop just outside the Telenor building): 24, 28, 31, 31E, 733, 739, and Timekspressen route 4. For accurate journey times please visit trafikanten.no.
